California Read-a-Thon: Hour 4

Here's your task for Hour 4 should you choose to participate: Time to get up and get moving! Sitting for too long is going to make you miserable so walk around, stretch, do jumping jacks or yoga. Do something! Then write a post letting us know what you did and how you are feeling at this half-way point in the read-a-thon. Remember to add a comment below and I'll randomly choose a winner. Again, if you don't have a blog, email me the photos and description and I'll post it for you.
